In this paper, multiple criteria and multiple constraint levels linear programming with fuzzy parameters ( FMC LP 2 ) is introduced based on fuzzy relations. The dual of FMC LP 2 is constructed on the basis that MC LP 2 can be decreased to a multiple criteria linear programming (MCLP) . The concepts of ? - feasible solution and (?,? ) - maximal and minimal solutions are defined. Finally, the weak and strong duality theorems are obtained
