Abstract:

This study focuses on two of the most significant challenges in distance learning, thestudent-to-student and student-teacher interaction issues, by studying the interactionexperiences of a group of students who have had a distance education experience. This studyfound out teachers attempted to find out what the studentsthink of their interpersonalbehavior in the class. The quality of interpersonal teacher behavior and relationship with thestudents is an indication of the quality of leadership in the classroom.So different methodssuch as using maps, creating groups to make group works, using online courses and emailand etc. were used and investigated and it was shown that most of these methods haveeffective impact on classroom interactions
