Abstract:

Psychological aspects of teachers are important in teaching pedagogy. Some of these aspectsare sense of plausibility, sense of efficacy, experiencing flow, being autonomous and so on.This study reviews papers about these aspects. Some are experimental or survey and someare just explaining the subject and give theory. Experimental used papers are for confirmingthe mentioned theories. At the end the article conclude, with considering them, that forhaving more successful teaching pedagogy the teacher condition must be consider andteachers themselves must choose frozen methods to post methods for teaching. And beaware that the more plausible the teacher, the better teaching pedagogy will be.
