خلاصه مقاله:
Current research purpose is to examine effect of organizational learning culture on employees‟ creativity. Sample with 88 employees of Guilan Regional Company was selected during June 2011. Tools administered Watkins & Marsick organizational learning culture questionnaire (2003) and Rendsyp creativity questionnaire (1979). As findings show, there was found to be effect of organizational learning culture on employees‟ creativity. Three dimension of organizational learning have effect on creativity; continuous learning, team learning and embedded system.
