On the effect of environmental attributes of atelier on the creativity of art collegian

Creating appropriate atelier that can meet the designing-educational needs of art collegians is obbligato. The present study explores three environmental characteristics of atelier that affect the creativity of art collegians: color, light and view. Ten ateliers were studied on creativity of two hundred 20-30 years old girl and boy collegians. The participants took the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT). The results indicate that bright-cool colors, natural light and broad nature view positively affected the creativity of the collegians. The results of the study can be used as guidelines for designing ateliers that can improve the creativity of art collegians.
