One of the hottest topic and key national issues in iran, is traffic problems of transport, especially in the capital Tehran that should be considered in the scientific communities than more before. It also involves the various reasons including: increasing dramatically the number of vehicles, specially private cars causing waste of non-renewable national resources. Sound pollutions and enviroment, economic problems, increasing casualityes, disturb the image of city and so on.Because of the direct connection the issue with sustainable development, if any of these problems not resolved with a coherent planning, unfortunately, causing the irreparable damage, which is contrary the national goals, to wit sustainable Development . The main aim of this paper is to provide alternative solutions, given the success achieved in other parts of the world, with the similar situation. Because, by few changes, and localization can be used to make the best. The research methodology in this paper is a combination of quantitative-qualitive, because of the nature of the subject it should be done through the quantitative statistical, also should considered the effective qualitive aspects in this field. At the end, due to considerable experinces and success in Netherland , which is one of the most successful countries in relation to this issue, namely sustainable transport, offerd instead use of vehicles, increase the use of bicycles and required with the lowest cost and pollution.
