The Important indicators of ecological in the world reflect the way of destroy natural systems and variation recent decades have passed.With the daily urban development of human's life the concepts of sustainable development inter to this category and sustainable development of urban is the product of new views to social justice, spatial and environmental toward the city.Urban sustainable or in the other words, urban sustainability development is a new theory that has been proposed as a model.Sustainable development of urban is a kind of urban development that can be maintained without causing destroy of resources and systems that depend on them.Urban Sustainability is not limited to maintaining ecological equilibrium,It requires social stability, economic, and social justice.Unsustainable urban development in Iran, addition to the aforementioned issues with prospects unsustainable reliance on oil revenues, loss of agricultural land and water resources and the structural constraints faced.That among it, besides the above Attention to the land as a major source of Non-renewable and sustainable urban development is essential.Because urban lands are considered the main sources of sustainable urban development and equitable access and optimal use of that is one of the concepts of sustainable development.So that, from this view the earth is universal wealth and suitable field for activities of citizens and tools to fulfill of human wishes.Accordingly, in this article try to referring to the theoretical foundations of sustainable urban development and comprehensive approach to the earth and the position of the suitable framework should be presented for it.Referring to the characteristics of sustainable city and solutions to achieve that with attention to the central role of land, make another part of this article.Totally, according to the document that discussed in the final section of the paper notes, some tips propose to achieve the conclusions and solution.
