Park of Science and Technology for Sustainable Development Approach

Today, science parks, research and technology play a major role in the growth of the worldeconomy,In addition to the knowledge base of small and medium enterprises andentrepreneurial activity in the economic environment,the conditions for the transfer anddevelopment of technology, high value-added production, attraction of foreign investmentand entry of entrepreneurs and industrial units to provide global markets.it parks, whichpursue knowledge-based economy, a subject that has been predicted in the future thisindicates the importance of such areas for the development of the country. and alsoaccording to the latest and most important principles of sustainable development on theagenda of many organizations, institutions and governments are science and technologyparks are creating the link between the three main pillars of the government, industry,university as a modern space, will be required to comply with the principles of sustainabledevelopment in this paper, the evaluation of sustainable development on environmentalissues will be examined.the architectural guidelines regarding the use of clean energyscience and technology will be presented in the park. the various architectural styles,including: use of renewable energy in heating and cooling supply and the potential andlimitations in the context of design, technology and indigenous resources, appropriatearchitecture and climatic zone in particular the use of solar panels and wind turbines will beexamined.
