Today, inattention to constant development and in this direction to constant architecture has resulted in overconsumption of energy and disorders in normal conditions and ecosystems. With considering the continuous decrease of nonrenewable energy supplies and also the existence of good resources of renewable energies in our country, the architects, through designing constant architectures may create appropriate and desirable spaces. The constant architecture is a kind of architecture which corresponds to its environmental and local features and respects to the climate, human being, culture and environment. Paying attention to the notion of constancy in architecture and urbanization may provide the appropriate context to fulfill this goal. In this research the library-based investigations with a descriptive approach have been used, and the findings indicate that there is a direct relation between the principles proposed in constant architecture and in Iranian architecture and urbanization.
