Abstract:

This paper aims at the study of ethical climate of an organization andits relationship with job satisfaction (case-study: sugar-beet factory employees of Naghadeh). Using descriptive correlation method of research, 112 employees of this factory randomly and according to the ranking and number were chosen. For gathering the data, job satisfaction questioner based on opinion of Smith and et al. and ethical climate of the organization questioner based on Victor and Collin’s opinions are used. For the measuring the reliability, Coronbach Alpha is used. The value of Coronbach alphafor job satisfaction questioner is %86 and for ethical climate is %89. These data, after being gathered based on the researchhypothesis, are analyzed with the help of multi-variable variance and multi-regression analysis.According to the results, there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and ethical climate of an organization. And attention ethical climate, independence ethical climate, ethical climate of super professional codes and rules, ethical climate and instrumental ethical climate can significantly anticipate job satisfaction.
