We have assigned a nuclear potential energy to last proton ( p V ) and neutron ( n V ) of nuclei on the assumption of charge independence of nuclear force, coulomb energy correction are carried out for the last proton nuclear potential energy, n V and the results are compared to neutron nuclearpotential energy, nV .
