Abstract:

In this era, people are the most important factors in any organization and basically are the main cornerstone of any organization. Thus, many problematic issues in organization are related to personnel directly and that is why organizational behavior science has been created to deal with these issues. Many important aspects are under precise investigation and deep research in the field of organizational behavior. Organizational behavior is dealing with people to analyzing their behavior but in a few decades many subcategory subjects have been created in relation to understanding human behavior, which made the organizational behavior an immature complicated science. In this paper has been tried to pay more attention on people personality and personality assessment before hiring them and its severe effects on many organizational problematic issues if we do not consider it in a timely manner. However, Job leave and unmotivated environment in any organization could have many possible reasons but many organizational related problematic issues such as unmotivated people, less commitment to organization mission and goals, unsatisfied job, conflicts between people and with organizational culture, unsuccessful change management process and continuous improvement program failure are solely related to lack of personality assessment before recruitment.
