Medical Image Edge Detection based on Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm and histogram equalization

In this paper a method for angiography image edge detection based on Bee colony is presented. Angiography images are the most common images in medical. Bee colony algorithm is used to find the optimal solutions to solve many optimization problems. We used from this algorithm for image edge detection. Initial images are improved by spatial filtering and contrast enhancement using histogram equalization. Classical edge detection cannot find well edge detection in medical image. In order to we used this way.
