Abstract:
The ISO standard provides the organization considerable benefits from quality of sustainble products, giving an advanced market, customer’s satisfaction and long-term benefits viewpoints. However, the impact resulted from the ISO 9001-2008 on human aspect of the ogranization especially its effect on internal environment of the organization, especially employees’ attitudes has not been deeply invesitgated. Therefore, the present research aims to invesitgate the intellectual groups of the organization and analyzing their viewpoint, answer this question whether implemntation of the ISO in the organization can satisfythe determined goals and leaves positive changes on the firm’s and employees’ performance? To do so, first through the Q method evaluates the employees’ attitudes about results of implementing the ISO standard in the organization(after implementation), then intreprete these data, clarify the employees’ mentality and thinking of professional groups of the orgaization. But, meanwile the created changes in the corporation after implementation of the ISO in the organization (the employees’ veiws) were assessed and the effective barriers before implementation of the ISO in organization were identified.
