Israel and Palestine, India and Pakistan are the famous examples of border conflict. These sorts of dispute usually led serious problems such as war and affect negatively to two or more nations. However, this essay is going to introduce another border conflict which perils of that can lead nearly all nations’ security particularly in economical part. Considering the case is over the 3 islands among Iran and UAE in Middle East, Persian Gulf and near to the Strait of Hormuz which are geopolitically, economically and strategically highly important region. The conflict had begins since 1791 after UK security control had terminated. Iran occupied these islands which is known Abu Musa, Great Tunb and Lease Tunb and currently is under Iran’s flag. Although these islands land measurement are tiny, the threat of conflict over them is hazardous. The main reason is the importance of Persian Gulf. This region %06 of world including oil and gas energy has booked. Vessels of different nations are transferring these energy and they have to pass the significant strait which is known Hormuz strait. If this narrow place block, without any doubt all world economy will be in crisis. In addition, most of Persian Gulf counties including Iran and UAE way to Indian Ocean and open sea are is passing in Strait of Hormuz. In general, Persian Gulf especially Strait of Hormuz both economically and strategically is significant and any threat in this region has enormous negative effects. UAE claim that Iran must return these islands to its sovereignty. However, Iran claim it ready to have negotiate to solve just misunderstanding. On other side UAE, is keen to have this case in International Court. Currently they have argument over this conflict. It is almost acceptable theory that all nations have the responsibility of improving the security in fact, they are actually are sensitive to this issue. However, the main question is that, whether can territory conflict of Iran and UAE threat the economy security or not? Firstly, it seems to evaluating this dispute it should be started at history. As a result of that the background of conflict would be shown at first stage. Secondly, the importance of Persian Gulf region in particularly Strait of Hormuz and these 3 Islands will be exercised in second stage. Thirdly, the best solutions which is bilateral negotiation, multilateral negotiation and legal solution will be illustrated in final stage. This paper is addressing that territory conflict may affect to the Persian Gulf security potentially and solving the problem is vital.
