Abstract:

این تحقیق به صورت خلاصه به ضرورت استفاده از مدیریت استراتژیک در برنامه ریزی یک سازمان جهت رسیدن به اهداف بلند مدت سازمان با یک برنامه مدون و بررسی مزایا و موانع و مشکلات موجود در مسیر مدیریت پروژه سازمانی از زوایای دید مختلف جهت پیشبرد اهداف متعالی سازمان و ارزیابی موقعیت ها، فرصت ها و نقاط ضعف و قوت آن سازمان تاکید دارد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی مباحث مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت استراتژیک در ارتباط با مفاهیم و اصطلاحات مورد استفاده در دیدگاه مبتنی بر منابع و نظریه قابلیت های پویا می باشد و این که چگونه این نظریه ها می توانند در جهت مدیریت پروژه سازمانی تفسیر شوند. با مروری بر ادبیات و نیز تجربه نویسندگان مختلف، این تحقیق دو نظریه در زمینه مدیریت استراتژیک در جهت مدیریت پروژه سازمانی به ارمغان می آورد و چالش های مفهومی را بیان کرده و همچنین توضیح می دهد که چگونه نظریه های مدیریت استراتژیک می توانند به عنوان مدیریت پروژه سازمانی پذیرفته شوند. این تحقیق از نوع مفهومی است و نمونه ای برای تحقیقات تجربی بیشتر است که در ادبیات مدیریت استراتژیک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. نظریه های مدیریت استراتژیک دیدگاه هایی را ارائه می دهند که می توانند محیط های مدیریت پروژه سازمانی را از طریق بهبود مبانی تحقیق مؤثرتر سازند
