HRM (human resources management), is a process of working with people, so that these individuals and organizations could reach their full capacity even when changes need to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities and a new form of relationships is required.In this paper library method of study was conducted so we try to illustrate HRM role importance and its station in organization. By a rapid look at several main models, this importance can be understood. By a review on Balanced Score card (BSC) model in USA or quality management model in Europe this importance can be seen. First chapter in this article studies HRM history in France, USA, Japan, and Iran. Then we represent HR manager’s role in organization. Further chapter ends with a brief review on organizing HR unit and its activities. A review of the results of the study does indicate ,training and retention of human resources in organizations through the process of human resource management is possible and can promote the organization. The final results concludes the efficiency and critical characteristics of HRM in the Department of Human Resource Management which seeks to offer attractive benefits to employees, to reduce the risk of losing consciousness and shows a crucial aspects of having a HRM in certain moment of any organizations .
