The Evaluation of Risk Factors Concerning WMSDS by QEC Method among Bakers

Objective: The present cross - sectional study was aimed to deter mine the prevalence of WMSDS and relationship between job groups in bakers and evaluate risk exposure level for different body regions and also suggest the action QEC method. Methods: We randomized 120 workers for determine the prevalence of WMSDS. Further more 40 workers from the sample were selected and subdivided in 4 groups as follows: 1. Choongeer , 2. Kafzan , 3. Shaater , 4. Naangeer. For evaluating the risk exposure level for different body regions by QEC method. The data collection was carried out by observation techniques and interview. Results: The results of this study revealed high prevalence of WMSDS among Bakers at least 12 month and during the 7 days was found in the wrist / hand , back respectively . In this study QEC method was used for evaluation of exposure level to health risk that had impact on the WMSDS in Bakers. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that there is no meaningful difference between the findings of Nordic questionnaire showing parts of the body with highest prevalence of WMSDS, The exposure score in the QEC method employed in the present study.
