This paper presents a new simple approach to Alamouti MIMO system performance in presence of dynamic flat fading and channel cross-correlation in power line channels. The complete BER curves obtained via Monte Carlo and Exact Doppler Shift methods are given and their degradation due to both mentioned factors is assessed. The obtained results are compared with the data of other authors
