Abstract:

The goal of this study is to investigate the factors creating work motive inorganizations. The hypothesis of the study is that there is a direct andsignficant relation between increased motive and higher productivity. Themethod to implement the study was survey/library method. The motive towork depends on the individual's ability by which he meets a requirement.Motive could be defined as a practical behavior. Nowadays, it is not possibleto move toward sustainable development without paying attention to thedegree of productivity in production and awareness of the effective factors onincreasing productivity. Since human being plays a key role in development,and materialization of development is in human's hand, it is highly importantto satisfy the individuals' emotional and psychological needs. Thus one of themost important duties of a director is to motivate the individuals who arehuman beings with several needs to achieve organizational objectives.Motives are generally classified in three categories (physical, social andpsychological). Part of the human's needs in working environment such aswelfare facilities of the working environemnt (suitable work venue, air, light,etc.) are considered as physical motives. Our research method in this study tocollect, describe and analyze data is according to survey/library method,using descriptive-analytical method .
