خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, zinc phosphate molecular sieve was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction andscanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The electrocatalytic oxidation of formaldehyde in alkaline medium has beenstudied using zinc phosphate modified carbon paste electrode (ZP/CPE). The electrochemical characterizations wereperformed using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry techniques. A sensitive oxidation peak was observedat 0.65V in 0.1 M NaOH solution for electrocatalyticoxidation of formaldehyde with ECʹ mechanism. This modifiedelectrode showed an enhanced current density making it more attractive for fuel cell applications.
