خلاصه مقاله:
Modeling and optimization of nanotechnology and biomedical processes has been successfully performedusing Response Surface Methodology (RSM) based on central composite rotatable design. Antiplatelet drugs such asAspirin have limitations such as low bioavailability, short half-life and side-effects. To increase the efficiency of thesedrugs, nano-liposomes were used as carrier. Nano-liposomes were prepared by hydration of lipid film technique.Freeze/thawing technique was used to enhance the encapsulation efficiency of drugs. Many factors can influence theencapsulation of drugs, namely drug to lipid molar ratio and the number of freeze/thawing cycles. With regard to theseindependent variables and Entrapment Efficiency (EE) as a dependent variable, RSM was used to obtain the bestcondition for entrapment efficiency. As a result of optimization, the EE was found to be 68%. The size and integrity ofprepared nano-liposomes in optimum condition was evaluated by dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis to ensure theselected formulation processes have potential candidate for further in vitro and in vivo experiments.
