خلاصه مقاله:
The unique optical properties of AuNPs which are size and distance-dependent, and the large surface areasof them, make these NPs as important colorimetric materials. On the other hand, Fast and low-cost bioassay for detectionof new series of drug classes known as club drugs can be an effective strategy for decreasing its abuse. In this study, wedesign a novel bioassay based on unmodified gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and DNA aptamers as DNA/RNAoligonucleotides probes. Selective detection of methamphetamine in the low-micromolar range within minutes is possiblewith the use of this method.
