Preparation of Barium(II)Cobalt(II) mixed nano oxide through thermal decomposition of precursor complex [Ba(H2O)6][Co(dipic)2]

In this study nanocrystalline perovskite-type of BaCoO2.6 with uniform size around 49 nm was prepared viathermal decomposition method using inorganic precursor complex following by heat temperature at 800°C in an electricalfurnace. The structure, magnetic behavior and particle size of prepared oxides were characterized by powder X-raydiffraction(XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDX).
