خلاصه مقاله:
A cationic dye, such as methylene blue (MB), was adsorbed from water by using a novel Schiff-base/SBA-15 nanoadsorbent. TEM analysis indicated the Schiff-base ligand functionalized SBA-15 possesses channels with thepore size of 10 nm. Kinetic models: pseudo first order, pseudo-second order and the intraparticle diffusion models wereapplied to the experimental data. It was observed that pseudo-second order kinetic model described the adsorption processbetter than any other kinetic models.
