خلاصه مقاله:
Diamine-sarcophagine (DiAmsar) capped silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were prepared and characterized byultraviolet–visible spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The effect of prepared Ag NPs on thefluorescence quenching of the 7-(diethylamino) coumarin-3-carboxylic acid (DCA) dye was investigated in differenttemperatures. The results of the quenching experiments were analyzed using Stern–Volmer equation. The Stern–Volmerconstant values showed that the quenching efficiencies decreased as the temperature increases indicating that thequenching process was a dynamic-type quenching.
