Nowadays, lead oxide is one of the most important materials that has a lot of electrochemical and industrialapplications such as oxidation of organic compounds in waste water, oxidation of phenol, Cr3+ , and glucose, andevolution of ozone, and as an electrocatalyst for salicylic acid.In this work; we were prepared lead oxide by hydrothermal method. By changing in capping agent in suitable time andtemperature we were got to best size and morphology
