Germania or Germanium oxide nanoparticles were prepared via a facile chemical wet method. In this workwe were used a sol-gel method in presence of an organic compound as capping agent. Affected parameters onmorphology of product such as the mole ration of solvent and Ge precursor, time and temperature were optimized to getthe best nanoparticles.
