Preparation and Characterization of Nanocomposites Based on Titanium Dioxide/Polyacrylate and Investigation of Self Cleaning Property of prepared coatings undervisible light irradiation

Titanium dioxide nanoparticles were sensitized to visible light region using zeolite. Titaniumdioxide/polyacrylate based nanocomposite coatings were prepared. UV-Vis and SEM techniques were used tocharacterize prepared nanocomposite coatings. Self cleaning property of coatings on the glass surface under visiblelight irradiation was investigated by contact angle measurement. Contact angle 6.75 under 23h irradiation of visiblelight was measured in the use of coating with 0.5% additive.
