Optical and structural studying of SnS Thin Film prepared by Spray Pyrolysis Technique

In this work, Tin sulfide (Snx, Sy) films were prepared on glass substrates by using Spray Pyrolysis technique at different substrate temperatures (Ts). (400_600°C). The physical parameters such as electrical resistivity and optical parameters such as transparence and reflectance were determined .The film which is grown at low substratetemperature has amorphous crystal system. The films show average electrical resistivity, transparency at different temperatures. The obtained results were discussed and reported.
