Co2FeAl(CFA) nanoparticles were fabricated by solid state method and by mixing precursor of Co(acaca)2 ,Al(acac)3 and Fe(acac)3under H2 atmosphere. The investigation indicates that the crystal structure of Co2FeAl particlestends to be to mixed phases of L21, B2 and A2 structure, in which atoms are partially ordered and The grain size of CFAHeusler phase, calculated by analyzing the XRD peak broadening using Williamson and Hall approach was ----nm.The saturation magnetization has been found of 77 emu/g from M-H characteristics which is close to its bulk value ofsaturation magnetization
