RISK MANAGEMENT Risk Assessment in Enterprise Resource Planning Projects

This article focuses on the Risk Assessment phase which is the central of the risk management process. In particular, the main purpose is to provide managers with new and old techniques, adapted to the ERP case, which can be used in an innovative approach for the context analysis and risk assessment in ERP projects.
