Regarding the high population density and the need for constructionofnew facilitiesand sanitary landfills,the change of land useonthe contaminated areas of Shahre-Raywouldbe necessary in the future.However, Changes of use on contaminated land could proceed provided that the land is suitable for the intended use or can and will be remediated to a level appropriate to its intended use. By using the dataprovided in this survey, for Shahre-Ray region, the change of use could be developed for residential or recreational purposes after conducting an appropriate remediating technique.
