Auxiliary towns with a stable architectural approach

The purpose of this study is to introduce atechnological and intelligent architecture calledauxiliary town in which three important principles(eco-technology, green architecture, and stabledevelopment) have been as main basis for design,calculation, and implementation. According toconsideration of other stable architectural principles(perception of place sense, existence space andwithout disturbing in it, use of natural energies suchas solar and wind energy, applying native durablerecyclable materials, collecting and use of waterspecially rain, thermal and acoustic insulation, properisolation of the building, natural conditioning abilityby the favor of ceiling, and correct sky lighting), thistown can be introduced as a successful sample ofstable architecture in our country. It’s simpleexecutable details with ability of easyimplementation, high speed in implementing thebuilding, anti-earthquake, waterproofing,soundproofing, heat resistant, anti-striking, highbending strength, high tensile strength, eliminatingvarious types of mortars and irons, manufacturingability, 100 percent of recycling ability, withoutconstruction waste, without polluting theenvironment, anti-flammable ability, plain externaland internal surfaces so that it can be easilywallpapered or can be coated with a dye, and themost important of them, its consistency with allweather conditions available in our country, andoptimization of energy consumption are some otherbenefits. In addition to application of various types ofit in construction industry as vertical internal andexternal walls, it isApplied as floor, false ceiling, and final ceilingwithout using truss and consistent with the cultureand native architectural tradition of every region.
