The aim of the recent research is the identification and ranking of the effective factors in launching the blended learning courses .After developing the E-learning environments ,the new form of learning environments has been formed that organizations are leading to maintain these learning environments to blend the traditional and online capacities and abilities .The controlled society of this research is about 27 private and national banks that form them two national banks (Melli,Tejarat),and two private banks(Parsian,Pasargad) hav been selected by accident randomly and 285 people have been selected as samples. The questionnaire is used for gathering information that by translating some proffetional text and asking from some experts and after all the reliability is measured and overviewed by approval factor analysis.The validity is measured by correlation between statements among 55 people and accounting the Kronbakh alfa that was equal to 0.822. The analysis of the gathered data that was accounted by number 18.5 Spss software for discovered and approved factor analysis show that the structural and organizational factors ,the difficulties in producing the electrical resources, The inability in reaching the qualified electrical resources, The special advantages of blended learning environments and lack of science and enough skills for that contains 40.427 percent of all variations according to importance. In addition ,for determining the amount of the fitting of the recognized coefficient we used the Amos program ,that the determined criteria shows the propriety of the recognized factors.
