Abstract:
Understanding the main factors affecting the use of mobile banking is important for customers and banks. Electronic payment systems in online banking play an important role in customer use of these internet technologies. Attracting the new customers to the mobile banking has become more common nowadays. However, in internet technology particularly in mobile banking, electronic payment systems need to be evaluated in different perspectives for improving the efficiency of these systems. Hence, in this paper, we develop a multi-criteria decision making model including the critical factors that affect the use of mobile banking in the Iranian banks. It should be noted that this assessments is performed from the experts‟ view of points. Hence, for this model using 12 experts, the data is collected by one questionnaire. AHP method is used for prioritizing the criteria and subcriteria incorporated the research model. An online questionnaire was used for pairwise comparisons and the collected data was analysed using Expert Choice. Results of the pairwise comparisons demonstrated that rom the main criteria, the security infrastructure with weight 0.375 was the most important factor that affects use of mobile banking in the Iranian banks. In addition,from the sub-criteria, security in security infrastructure, trust in socio-economical infrastructure, flexibility in technical infrastructure and authorization in legal infrastructure had the high priority with weights 0.297, 0.370, 0.199 and 0.538, respectively.
