In this paper, we propose a global optimization approach for the so- lution of quadratic bilevel pro- gramming problem using of Tay- lor Series. We rst both ob- jectives function are transformed by using 1st order Taylor Poly- nomial Series. Here, the Tay- lor Series obtains polynomial ob-jective functions which are equiv- alent to quadratic objective func- tions. Thus, BLQPP can be re- duced into a single function.Levelsare classied as upper level and lower level, and they are weighted with respect to their classes before Tay- lor series approach unied levels byusing their weights. Finally, numer- ical example drawn from the open literature are presented to illustrate the proposed approach.
