خلاصه مقاله:
High thermal conductivity is one of the most important features of graphene. This factor means that graphene could improve thermal conductivity of graphene/polymer composites. Nowadays thermal conductive composites have a good opportunity in electronic component, energy storage, conductive coatings industries, etc. In recent research works, adding graphene to polymer matrix improve thermal conductivity of composites, e.g. epoxy adhesive, PMM and PET. In all cases the results showed that thermal conductivity of polymers is several times higher comparing to their pure form. The purpose of this report is reviewing ways to improve the thermal conductivity of the polymeric matrix.
