خلاصه مقاله:
One of the most important factors influencing the development and improvement of internal processes is, engage employees in the organizational decision-making. Accordingly, this study sought to influence participation in decision-making on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and perceived organizational justice, to be analyzed. In this regard, the Iranian food industries, dairy company Zarrin Ghazal has been selected as the study population. The sample in this study comprise company staff Zarrin Ghazal. After data analysis and hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling results indicated that participation in decision-making on organizational behavior and organizational justice implications.
