Abstract:
Increasing need for education in the world today, public inaccessibility to educational institutions, the limitation of financial resources and high cost of training altogether result in the formation of new styles of learning and education. E-learning is one of the most important ones amongst the other methods. This study discusses the effective indicators in acceptance of e-learning system by employees. ISM technique has been used to level these indicators and in this way, it has been cleared that organizational support (OS), management support (MS) and task interdependence (TI) have a major role in promoting e-learning process. Among the indicators, behavioral intention (BI), perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) are more dependent on the other indicators in e-learning system and have a low power for leading the system. Based on this leveling and taking advantage of NDEA technique, the relative efficiency of 12 cars spare part manufacturer are determined to help these manufacturers get use of relative efficient ones’ experience and promote e-learning systems much easier.
