Abstract:
Despite the emergence of modern technologies in today’s dynamic world, organizations are not independent of human resources and still need to be planned and managed by human beings; hence, it is needed to give special attention to human resources management and development and do the best to provide the welfare facilities for them and their family members. Since the beginning of the twentieth century, human societies have been undergone startling and exciting developments; however, the developments have not been free from defects. Issues such as productivity, motivation, conflict between management and employees, lack of employees’ commitment to the organization, and so forth are cases proposed in relation to human resources management. Currently, interest rates and job satisfaction of employees who work in offices, especially in public agencies are among the important and researchable issues of organizations. In fact, organizations should provide conditions to keep their employees satisfied in various areas. According to most of experts, job satisfaction is considered as one of the most important concepts and issues investigated by specialists in management and organizational behavior as well as industrial and organizational psychologists. The concept of job satisfaction is defined as the interest and positive attitudes and views of employees towards their jobs
