Interest in Ethical finance is growing, and many people believe that ethics should be a part of finance basis. Nowadays, the field of finance ethics is barely formed. This is not to say that the ethical problems of finance have not received considerable attention. General business ethics issues often cover some ethical issues in finance, and many more issues have been addressed in the course of developing financial markets and institutions. The subjects of finance ethics are extraordinarily rich and complex. This paper is a survey of literature on the two issues financial ethics and social responsibility is carried out on principles of shariah, or Islamic law. So the purpose of this paper is (1) to introduce of ethics in the finance by providing an organizing framework of ethical issues in finance and to present a discussion of theoretical approaches to these issues (2) to list of the main ethical themes in finance, and (3) to share the Islamic perspective on business ethics in finance.
