A Novel Fuzzy Logic Control of Proton ExchangeMembrane Fuel Cell

This paper presents the modeling, simulation and powergeneration control system of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC.). The PEMFC control system has an important effect onoperation of cell. Traditional controllers couldn’t lead to acceptableresponses because of time- change, long- hysteresis, uncertainty,strong- coupling and nonlinear characteristics of PEMFCs, So anintelligent or adaptive controller is needed. In this paper fuzzy logiccontroller has been designed to control the output voltage ofPEMFC. The results of implementation of this designed fuzzy logiccontroller on a electrochemical model of a small size PEM fuel cellhave been simulated by MATLAB/SIMULINK
