Abstract:
Today project management operations must integrate skills from the full spectrum of technical, environmental, and human sciences, in addition to the themes developed within the nine knowledge areas of PMBOK٢. From the hundreds of unpredictable parameters encountered in a project’s management life cycle, human resource is the most critical single factor as it deals with the complex interactions of psychology, nationality, religion, ethnicity, geographical environmental, culture & sub- cultures, up- bringing, political ideology, etc of each individual project stakeholder. To further compound this factor the attitudes, aspirations and objectives of individual stakeholders usually evolve over the
project life as both internal and external influences impact the project.
