Abstract:

The aim of present study was to evaluate the relationship between organizational health and job characters with organizational citizenship behavior among the employees in Shiraz Dena tire company. The statistical sample was include 260 employees which were selected using randomized – categorical sampling method among all employees and were evaluated using related questionarees.The study was as correlational and data analysis was done using simple correlation coefficient. Based on studied hypothesizes. The results showed that except for the relationship between technical level with conscientiousness dimension and also the altruism dimension with institutional level the relationship between all other dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior with organizational health levels are significant. Also except for the relationship between the duty importance with humility dimension and also between the independence with conscientiousness the relationship between dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior and personality characters are significant.
