Using artificial Intelligence Techniques to Explore the Relationship between Virtual Learning and Educational Performance of the Students

Increasing development of information and communication technology (ICT) intentionally or unintentionally has influenced all aspects of our lives, we are getting more and more affected by this phenomenon and every day witness great speed and power of the technology and capacity to receive, process, and transmit information [1]. Teaching and learning is also influenced by this technology, so that many paradigms of higher education are changing. The potential of this technology, capacities created by it, the quality of higher education's dealing with this emerging phenomenon underpin the foundation of the future of higher education.
