Chitinase is an enzyme that mainly uses to control of parasitic infections(defending role against parasites), fungal pathogens and dangerous insects. It has many value regard to its biotechnological applications in medicine, agriculture and industry. Its substrate is chitin that is the most abundant polysaccharide on the earth after cellulose. It is a resistant biopolymer for degrading and has found in cell wall of fungi, egg shell of nematodes, exoskeleton of insects and crustaceous. Chitinase can break β bonds of chitin construction and create new products from it. For this reason, this enzyme mostly has known as digesting, degrading or hydrolyzing enzyme. Mind of this study was finding that how much chitinases from different microorganisms have similarity to each other and for this we selected two chitinases with different sources. One strain belonged to Beauveria bassiana from fungi and other strain belonged to Micromonospora from bacteria. Bioinformatics analysis was done on them. Both of selected strains have similarity in optimum temperature of their activity and are from mesophile microorganisms. It can be said that there are similarities and differences among different types of chitinases among organisms. The selected chitinises from same family and similar function hadn't much similarity in their other biological features
