Abstract:

تکنولوژی استقرار سیستم بام های سبز در سالهای اخیر به سرعت توسعه پیدار کرده است اما آگاهی در مورد چگونگی توسعه این سیستم محدوداست بام های سبز شهری با بهبود کیفیت هوا، کاهش حجم فاضلاب سطحی، کاهش اثرات جزایر حرارتی شهری برقراری تعادل حرارتی در محیط داخلی و خارجی بنا، خلق زیستگاه طبیعی تنوع زیستی و افزایش طول عمر بهره برداری از عایق بام، مفهوم هزینه و فایده را به وضوح معنی می کند از سوی دیگر بام های سبز موهبتی مجدد از سوی طبیعت، برای خلق پارک های بزرگ در دل مناطق کلا شهری بدون خرید زمین محسوب می شوند تا یک منظر حیات بخش را برای ساکنان بیان های بتنی فراهم می کنند. در این مقاله با بررسی فواید و پتانسیلهای اکوسیستم بامهای سبز به همراه ضوابط و استانداردهای به روز این سیستم سبز، انقطاع طرح و برنامه ریزی شهری با مفهوم طبیعت و محی زیست خاطر نشان شده است
