خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, a maximum power point tracking(MPPT) algorithm using fuzzy logic controller for grid connectedThree-phase Three-level neutral point clamped (NPC) inverter isproposed. The proposed model contains a fuzzy logic controllerto implement MPPT under variable temperature and variableirradiation conditions. The proposed model contains a detailedrepresentation of two diode model of photovoltaic (PV) array.Also, using NPC voltage source inverter in proposed model willhelp to achieve lower total harmonic distortion (THD) and willimprove the power quality. The proposed model is simulated inMATLAB/Simulink software and obtained results proved thatthe introduction of fuzzy controller has given very good dynamicperformance for the solar fed system.
