Abstract:

Using mechanized instruments and equipment in agriculture has become so prevalent in recent years.The human beingcontact with machines more than ever before, thus many dangers threatens him.While doing agricultural operations suchas spraying poison, threshing etc., farmers encounter several troubles such as facial injury, poisoning or even death, dueto dispersion of poison and dust through the environment or touching fragments of machine. Audio (sonic)contaminations due to working with tractor hurt ears as well. Helmets were designed to meet all these requirements andsolve problems. The helmets are composed of fan, filtration and proper coating which avoid such trouble. One must puta helmet on the head of somebody for two hours in order to evaluate the temperature of the helmet. The temperaturesinside the helmet and the environment must be recorded simultaneously by each 10 minutes. Audio signals were measured with and without the helmet to evaluate the audios. All the data were evaluated and compared. The results of the evaluations showed that temperature inside the helmet was not increased during the work. The audio signals reach the ear of the driver of tractor less likely.While we use any filter, there had been no danger for breathing.
